(Both my husband and I happily admit we wouldn't have ever met someone as perfect for ourselves if God hadn't brought us together over that dateing app)īut then again, we can say that about being interested in people irl. It is by God's glory alone that we are together and now married.
It was the Lord that gave me the strength to use a dateing app. Personally, I wouldn't recommend dateing apps with the personal understanding that temptation comes quickly and that dating apps can be difficult.īUT I've also met my amazing God fearing Husband on a dateing app, and we would have never had the chance to meet otherwise because we were in two different towns. (I admit dateing apps can be difficult, and if you aren't guarding your heart, you can slip in your convictions and sin) Is this just in regards to your personal walk with the Lord? Or do you feel a Christian shouldn't use dating apps in general?
